I was so happy buddy of mine told me about this place because I didn't really have a goto el-cheapo
Italian spot here yet. This is serious old school Jeresy Italian American cafeteria style joint, like I used to love when I lived in Jersey City. It's really affordable, comfortable, clean, super fast, and delicious. They have a great menu with hot and cold hero sandwiches, killer thin and medium crust pizzas, great pastas, and nice cold salads. We ordered the olive salad (w/celery), beef ravioli, a cheese slice, and a chicken parm. Everything was killer and the bill was less than $25. -

I ate there a lot until one day my friend told me that they heard one of the staff using the Niger word several times. I couldn't believe it so a week later. I went like alway and I heard it for myself. I called and ask a manager why. The man I spoke with was a co Owner name James. He said "he uses the word Niger but not in a negative way". I was floored and extremely hurt. So the next day I called and spoke to the owner. I will never eat there again. The place has at racial climate towards black people. The sad part is if the co owner feel its ok. the whole staff thinks it's ok.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ITALIAN DELIGHT. Growing up in Roeland Park, my family frequently came here. Recently, I started working in Mission and this has became a go to for me again!
First, the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Second, dining in, your table receives a basket of bread and butter (who doesn't love bread and butter!?) In the past, I've always ordered pasta dishes but my most recent visit, I got a Stromboli. The Stromboli was one of the best things I've ever eaten, for only about $6!!!!
If you haven't visited this hidden gem, you must go!!! -

I love their food but the person answering the phone tonight for pick up orders was a tad rude. Thus the 2 out of 5 stars. I know it was busy and loud there but goodness gracious I probably won't call in another order for awhile if ever.
